The building on plot 20 at Traku street was built in 1933. However, unfortunately, except for the built date, there is not any other information regarding this building. It is located at a corner plot on the street, which provides the structure with two street facades. Due to the difference in the elevation between the front and the back facade, while there is a semi-basement at the front, the same floor is totally out of the ground in the backyard. Therefore, the front facade is relatively symmetrical, and the main entrance is in the middle of this facade. There are corner windows on the first and second floors on the street facades and balconies at the back facade.
