This wooden house was designed in 1935 and built a couple of years later. The plan of the house is irregular, the facade has a symmetrical composition. According to the original project, the building had one floor. Its exterior reveals the aspiration of the stylistic modernity of the time. The architecture of the building is simple, has no decor, is covered with vertical and horizontal paneling. The central part is emphasized by a glazed porch. The impression of modernity is given by the rectangular corner windows, which are almost uncharacteristic of the wooden architecture of Kaunas. The roof is pitched, covered with tiles. At that time, the modernity of the building was strengthened by the heating, water supply and sewage systems installed inside. In 1957, it was decided to expand the building and add a second floor. Its construction was completed in 1960. The second floor was built adapting to the original architecture of the building. This is one of the most modern-looking wooden houses in Kaunas of the Interwar period.
